Leveraging bulk actions
Update multiple companies, contacts, or deals at once instead of modifying them one by one.
Bulk actions enable you to work with several records simultaneously. For example, update multiple deals or re-assign several companies.
Supported actions:
Bulk actions are available for companies, contacts, and deals.
- Update
- Assign
- Delete
- Email—only for contacts. See Group messaging your contacts.
To update records in bulk:
- Go to your Companies, Contacts, or Deals page.
- Select the records you want to edit. You can either select the checkboxes next to them or select a range with SHIFT-click (or CMD-click on macOS).
- Pick an action.
