Porting a phone number

Go the Phone Numbers to port an existing phone number and transfer it from your current service provider to Inperium Talk. This process takes up to several weeks to complete. Currently, only continental US phone numbers can be ported.

To port a phone number:

1. Specify the type of your phone number — personal or business.
2. Complete information about the phone number such as the owner’s name, address, etc.
3. Specify a phone number.
4. Upload a letter of authorization. It is required to initiate a process of number transition.
5. Upload billing statements.
6. Consent to the terms.

On the Settings / Phone number porting page, you’ll see your porting requests.
