How to exclude emails from logging in the Activity timeline?
Hide emails containing sensitive data from the Activity timeline. Inperium Sell enables you to specify mailboxes and email domains and exclude them from logging.
Be default, all emails sent or received via the Message Center show up in the Activity timelines for contacts and their related companies and deals. To avoid exposing private data or sensitive information, you can fine-tune logging settings and exclude certain email addresses or entire email domains from logging in the Activity timeline.
Navigate to Product settings / Logging and add a mailbox or a domain to the exclusion list. You will still see emails in the Message Center but they will be concealed from view in the Activity timeline.
