What happens if there are too many callers waiting in a queue?

Make sure callers aren't waiting in a queue for a long time - suggest workarounds to avoid significant wait time.

Inperium Talk enables you to control how many callers can wait in a call queue and how long they can wait for an operator to answer. For busy call queues, consider setting thresholds on:

  • Maximum wait time
  • Max number of callers in a queue

Any new callers will hear an audio prompt suggesting they either request a callback or leave a voice message.
