What is a call queue?

Manage incoming calls and organize them in queues for a better customer experience.

A call queue is a virtual waiting line. It helps avoid a “busy line” situation when a customer calls but none of the managers can pick up the phone because they are busy talking to other clients. Instead, your clients listen to a greeting and company information while waiting for their turn.

The call queue is managed on the “first come, first served” basis. As soon as a call queue operator is ready, the first client in the line gets automatically forwarded to an Inperium user.
