What does a call status mean?
Each call has a status next to it. Inperium Talk provides detailed information about the outcome of the call.
Call statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Completed | A successful inbound or outbound call. |
| No answer | A missed outbound call. |
| Missed | You weren’t there to pick up the phone and missed the call. |
| Busy | You made an outbound call, but the line was busy, or a client rejected a call. |
| Declined | You rejected an incoming call. |
| Canceled | You made an outbound call but finished it before your peer could pick up the phone. |
| Failed | An error occurred during the call. |
What about conference calls?
If the call has two or more participants besides you, Inperium Talk considers it a conference. If someone answers the phone, the call is assigned to the outgoing status. The participants who reject and miss the call are displayed red.
