What happens if a client requests a callback?
Learn what happens from a client's and operator's perspectives if a client requests a callback.
Instead of making your clients wait for their turn in a call queue, you can enable a callback option. A client can request a callback from the operator by typing a shortcode. See Configuring a call queue for more information on call queue settings and options.
After requesting a callback, the client can hang up the phone. Inperium captures information about the caller and the call data remains in a queue.
In due course, Inperium will automatically call a client while the operator will see an incoming call as usual.
